This is a full-time position located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Associate Planner supports the Financial Planners in the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and managing client data.What This Role OffersCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceAnnual bonusSafe Harbor 401(k) plan with discretionary profit sharingMedical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability, and Group Life insurancePaid time off and paid parental leaveOpportunities for professional growth and continuing educationUp to 16 hours per week of remote work flexibility, starting after 90-days of employmentJob ResponsibilitiesPlan Development: Prepare and update comprehensive financial plans, including retirement projections, tax planning, cash flow analysis, and estate planning strategiesClient Support: Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and manage post-meeting follow-up itemsAnalysis: Gather, input, and analyze client financial data using software such as eMoney, Salesforce, and ExcelImplementation: Assist with investment implementation, including account opening, asset allocation changes, and money movement, while ensuring compliance with regulationsResearch & Documentation: Research specific planning issues, prepare investment proposals, and maintain accurate client recordsAssist Financial Planners with client communications, implementing a financial plan, researching specific planning issues, and developing specialized analyses for a client's comprehensive planQualificationsProgress towards CFP and/or CPA designation preferredBachelor's Degree required0-5 years of professional experience in a wealth management or financial services field and a strong background in tax is preferred but not requiredDetail-oriented with a demand for a high degree of accuracy and ability to follow directionHighly proficient in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency in eMoney preferred but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDevelop and maintain a “client-first” service mentalityDemonstrate a willingness to work as a team with all levels of the firm and with clientsFind solutions and develop new skillsTeam player, able to work wellInterest in professional and personal growth by involvement with professional and/or community organizations#J-18808-Ljbffr
