5 years' experience working in a shop, line, or heavy maintenance environment with an Associate's degree, OR 3 years' experience working in a shop, line or heavy maintenance environment and 3 years working as a Production Planner, Controller, Analyst, Specialist, or Coordinator on transport category aircraft in environments such as but not limited to, Planning, Reliability, Engineering, Maintenance Programs and Aircraft Records. Demonstrated ability to coach, persuade and problem solve with various levels of employees, management and customers to resolve conflict and maintain the success of the project.
