Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience with a strong portfolio for review.
• Figma mastery for 2D design is essential.
• Experience in producing work reflecting streetwear, sport, or fashion.
• Ability to work on team efforts while independently delivering on individual responsibilities.
• Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Exposure to or experience in art direction for in-studio photography.
• Previous experience with companies in streetwear, sport, or fashion industries.
• Highly curious, experimental, and eager to learn.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class creative execution against brand design storytelling with innovative thinking.
• Support Lead Designers and Art Directors to achieve a consistent level of deliverables.
• Provide hands-on creative work, focusing on design execution of day-to-day projects.
• Stay at the forefront of trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, sport culture, and technology.
• Collaborate within the design team, paying close attention to design details to deliver best-in-class creative.
