What You'll Do

As a Griswold caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical assistance that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Toileting and incontinence care

• Mobility support and safe transfer assistance

• Meal preparation and assistance with daily routines

• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organization

• Medication reminders

• Transportation to appointments, shopping, and errands

• Dementia and Alzheimer's care support

• Respite care and safety supervision

Assignments are matched to your qualifications, experience, and client needs.

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in caregivers who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Strong communicators

• Comfortable providing one-on-one care in private homes

• Experienced in assisting seniors and adults with daily activities

• Able to work independently and follow individualized care plans

• Committed to providing safe, high-quality care

• Able to provide reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience

• CNA certification or previous home care experience

• Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, or Parkinson's disease

• Experience with personal care, mobility assistance, and transfers

• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to complete the registration process

CNAs, Home Care Aides (HCAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply.
