Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, dedicated, and reliable caregivers to join our team! 

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable caregivers who are passionate about helping veterans, seniors, and individuals throughout our community maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. 

Service Areas 

We are currently looking for caregivers to work throughout the Westfield territory, including: 

• Westfield 

• Southwick

• West Springfield

• Huntington

• Chester

• Compassionate and caring 

• Dependable and trustworthy 

• Patient and respectful 

• Dedicated to providing high-quality in-home care 

• Comfortable assisting clients with daily living needs 

• Professional and responsible 

• A strong communicator and team player 

• Committed to making a positive difference in the lives of clients and their families 

• A strong communicator and team player 

• Experienced as a caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or similar role preferred 

Pay, Schedule & Benefits 

• Caregiver hourly rates vary based on licensure and experience. 

• Base pay starts at $19.00 per hour. 

• Overnight shift differential available. 

• Weekend differential available. 

• Many opportunities to grow your pay advancement within the agency. 

• Hours vary based on client needs and caregiver availability. 

• Every other weekend availability is required. 

• Caregivers can accrue vacation and sick time for every 30 hours worked. 

• Flexible scheduling opportunities may be available.
