    Position Title: Supply Chain Administrator
    Work Hrs./Days: M-F, 7am -4pm, (1 hr. lunch break)

    Job Description
    IMPORTANT: Focus on: PIV Fleet Management and Supply Chain Operations Administration
    -----------------

    1) Process Observation and Documentation
    Shadow key functional personnel on a daily basis to observe and document business processes, ERP and supporting software transactions, and standardized work practices. Compile detailed notes and develop formal, site-specific work instructions, including step-by-step procedures and annotated screenshots.
    2) Data Entry and Record Maintenance
    Under moderate supervision, enter and maintain data within ERP systems, databases, and other computerized tools to ensure accurate inventory, stock status, and training records. Retrieve and analyze stored data to respond to inquiries related to inventory levels, customer orders, and operational metrics.
    3) System Administration & SOP Development – Forklift Telemetry Software
    Under moderate supervision, serve as the site administrator for the forklift telemetry system and designated SharePoint repositories. Develop and maintain site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions governing system use, data integrity, and governance.
    4) Administrative and Reporting Support
    Perform routine administrative activities in accordance with established organizational procedures. Activities may include gathering requirements for reports, preparing standard reports or presentations, and supporting knowledge transfer or training of team members on documented processes.
    5) Transactional Support
    After achieving proficiency in specific ERP and related software transactions, execute assigned transactions on a recurring basis to support day-to-day supply chain and operational activities.
    6) Physical Inventory Support
    Participate in the annual physical inventory (October 8–9, 2026), including pre-inventory preparation, active count activities, and post-inventory reconciliation and documentation support.
    Recommended Skills and Qualifications
    Core Skills
    • Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate observed work into clear, audit-ready SOPs and work instructions
    • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar) and standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with data entry, inventory records, and system-based transaction accuracy
    • Working knowledge of SharePoint or similar document management platforms
    • Ability to learn and administer specialized operational systems (e.g., equipment telemetry platforms)
    Analytical & Organizational Skills
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a structured environment
    • Basic reporting and data analysis capabilities
    Communication & Collaboration
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and operators at multiple levels
    • Capable of training others and transferring documented knowledge clearly and professionally
    Preferred Background
    • Prior experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, or operations environments
    • Familiarity with inventory control, physical inventory processes, or compliance-driven documentation
    • Exposure to continuous improvement, standardized work, or audit-supported processes (SOX familiarity a plus)
    Job Description
    IMPORTANT: Focus on: PIV Fleet Management and Supply Chain Operations Administration
    • Investigation, documentation, and interviews for NH and PSIF incidents
    • Manual tracking of vacation and sick time due to lack of an electronic request system
    • Floor presence to identify and correct unsafe behaviors in real time
    • PIV telemetry (IQ360) and collision avoidance (Litumn) management and administration
    • Responsible for the PIV fleet management (forklift, tugger, walking stacker)
    • Support of PIV improvement initiatives, tugger projects, JSAs, and Train the Trainer activities
    • Execution of 5S, Gemba walks, and daily operational audits
    Under some supervision, enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock/inventory and training records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules.) Perform other routine administrative activities according to the organization's established procedures. These activities may include responding to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records; preparing reports, training operators, customs compliance processes, domestic and international transportation related procedures and completing forms (receipt, transfer, delivery, dispatch, etc.)

    Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
    Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
    Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
    Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
    Teamwork
    Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams
    Completes training in line with business requirements.
    Participates actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
    Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and performs planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
    Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
    Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.
