Commercial Account Manager

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial HVAC Services team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for driving service agreement sales by identifying new opportunities,building long-term customer relationships, and delivering value-added HVAC solutions to building owners across the commercial and light commercial markets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to meet sales targets while promoting reliability, energy efficiency, and proactive maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Sell Hunton Trane HVAC services directly to building owners in the commercial and light commercial markets.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligned with team goals and market needs.
• Proactively generate leads through marketing efforts, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Expand the existing customer base by selling new service agreements and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Attend regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales progress and strategic account development.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
• An associate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and service agreements.
• Ability to communicate confidently and create engaging presentations tailored to different audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM tools.
• A valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record (no violations in the past 3 years).
