Perks and benefits

• $0-$21 per hour to start
• Monday to Friday Schedule
• 8am-5pm schedule with 1 hour lunch
• Permanent position (Temp to hire)
• Increases and benefits upon hire

What you will be doing

• Processing company orders and Providing product quotes
• Taking inbound emails and calls on vendor or customer inquires
• Providing and generating PO's
• Producing invoicing and following up on billing accounts
• Handling all Vendor and Client inquires - issuing credits when needed
• Filing all associated paperwork
• Review and Respond to emails professionally and quickly

Must have skills

• 1-3 years of prior CSR role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficient with MS office or Google Suite
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Outgoing, upbeat with a customer focus

Nice to have skills

• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
• Experience with ERP systems
