Customer Service Triage Agent
Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable bilingual (Spanish) or English Customer Service Triage Agent to join an exciting new pilot program in Tempe, AZ. In this dynamic role, you will manage active inbound and outbound phone queues, contact prospective leads to qualify their business needs, and maintain impeccable pipeline tracking by scheduling critical partner callbacks and logging succinct, detailed notes within our CRM.
