    Description

    Addison Group is partnering with a growing healthcare and insurance organization to identify an experienced Director of Sales to lead a high-performing, multi-channel sales organization. This individual will oversee call center, field, and regional sales teams while driving strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional member experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on sales leader with experience in the health insurance industry who enjoys coaching teams, improving performance, and collaborating across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goalsLead, coach, and mentor call center, field, and regional sales teams to maximize performance and productivityMonitor sales metrics, KPIs, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends and improve resultsPartner with Marketing to evaluate campaign performance and optimize lead generation and conversion strategiesCollaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Technical teams to improve processes and enhance the member experienceOversee sales forecasting, business planning, and performance goal trackingDevelop and manage incentive programs, sales contests, and employee recognition initiativesCoordinate regional meetings, field events, and sales conferencesEnsure compliance with Medicare regulations, state insurance requirements, and company policiesFoster a positive, customer‑focused culture while driving continuous improvement across the sales organizationWhat They're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field3+ years of leadership experience managing telephonic, call center, or inside sales teams3+ years of experience within the health insurance industry, with Medicare and Medicare Advantage experience highly preferredAbility to obtain and maintain an active Tennessee Health Insurance Producer License within the first month of employmentExperience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platformStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsProven ability to analyze sales metrics, improve performance, and drive operational efficienciesWorking knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilitiesSystems & ToolsMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft OutlookMicrosoft WordSales reporting and forecasting toolsWorkforce management and KPI reporting systemsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
