    Consultant Advisor Aidan Greenfeld is recruiting this position.

    Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Consultant
    We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Utilization Management Consultant for a three-month contract engagement supporting the build and implementation of Appeals and Grievances workflows.
    Responsibilities
    • Design, build, configure, and test Epic Tapestry functionality supporting Appeals and Grievances
    • Translate operational and regulatory requirements into effective Epic workflows and system configuration
    • Partner with utilization management, clinical, compliance, and technical stakeholders to validate requirements
    • Support integrated testing, issue resolution, workflow validation, and deployment activities
    • Develop clear build documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
    • Identify configuration gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve workflow efficiency
    Required Qualifications
    • Current Epic Tapestry Utilization Management certification
    • Hands-on experience building Appeals and Grievances functionality within Epic Tapestry
    • Strong understanding of utilization management workflows and health plan operations
    • Experience gathering requirements, completing system build, testing, and supporting implementation
    • Ability to work independently and deliver within a short project timeline
    • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
    Engagement Details
    • Contract length: three months plus extensions
    • Work arrangement: Remote

    Candidates must hold the required Epic certification and have direct experience performing the primary responsibilities of the role.
