SummaryRH is seeking a Facilities Associate to execute maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the Melrose Gallery in West Hollywood. The role coordinates preventive and reactive maintenance, oversees repairs of the building, grounds and equipment, and partners with the Gallery Team to maintain RH standards and a safe environment.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure optimal service levelsOversee repairs and upkeep of building, grounds, systems and storage structuresPerform preventive maintenance of equipment including forklifts, fans, doors and dock platesManage prioritization and scheduling of work orders to minimize downtime and support production needsMaintain a safe work environment by observing and enforcing OSHA, Food Safety and HAZMAT requirementsRequirementsExperience with preventative maintenance and repairExperience identifying and presenting opportunities for process improvementExcellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stock room and office; position entails prolonged standing, bending, kneeling and climbing#J-18808-Ljbffr
