We're a well-established, family-oriented heavy equipment dealership seeking a Diesel Technician who knows how to get the job done right.If you take pride in turning wrenches, working with a crew, and keeping customer and company-owned equipment running smoothly, this role is for you.What You'll Be DoingDiagnose and repair Company and customer-owned heavy equipmentWork on excavators, wheel loaders, drill rigs, crushing plants, and moreTroubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drivetrainsRebuild and install engines, transmissions, pumps, and componentsPerform preventative maintenance and quality repairsCommunicate with the Service team and keep accurate service recordsWork safely, efficiently, and with pride in the finished jobWhat We're Looking For5+ years of heavy equipment repair experience (diesel, hydraulics, electrical, transmissions)Trade school, military, or field mechanic experience consideredOwn toolsValid driver's license and clean driving recordStrong troubleshooting skills and attention to detailAbility to read hydraulic and electrical schematicsPhysically able to lift 50+ lbs and handle daily shop workReliable, organized, and able to work as part of a teamEquipment You'll Work OnExcavators, wheel loaders, drills, crushing and screening plants, articulating trucks, hydraulic breakers, and road wideners - including brands like Link-Belt, Hitachi, Rammer, Rokbak, Sandvik, Anaconda .Why Mechanics Stay HereWe offer steady work, great pay, and a shop that's run the right way.
