Hospitality Assistant

The Hospitality Assistants will function as customer service representatives. This position's primary function is to assist the nursing staff in making the residents, families and visitors comfortable by performing functions relating to the resident's environment. This position does not perform any hands-on resident care such as bathing, toileting, transferring, etc.

Must demonstrate an ability to read and write.

Must demonstrate an ability to do simple math.

Must demonstrate physical fitness to perform the duties of the position.

Must have the ability to work as a team member.

Must be sensitive to the needs of the resident.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively.
