Description:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies using labor market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment forecasting.
- Coordinate early career, internship, and university recruiting, including campus events and interview scheduling.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and hiring standards.
- Utilize ATS tools (SuccessFactors, Handshake) to manage recruitment processes and documentation.
- Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring trends, and support continuous process improvements.
