Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks a Internal Medicine physician to practice team-based care in our Greenbush Street Family Medicine Clinic in Lafayette, IN (home of Purdue University).

• Busy office with supportive staff
• 4 or 5 day schedule per week 
• 100% outpatient, all levels of socioeconomic status patients
• Excellent Advanced Practice Providers, dedicated to delivery of the best care to our patients

Requirements: 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a Medical License in Indiana
• Meets requirements for credentialing and privileging with Indiana University Health
