Northern Architectural Systems has been recognized by INC Magazine on the list of the top 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America and as one of the top 50 Fasted Growing Companies in New Jersey by NJBIZ Magazine.OverviewFull-time position: Hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday – Friday) Overtime when needed and approved.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)Learn how to keep basic inventory and do basic inventory counts.Learn how to deliver products to the lines.Assist with the receiving of stock items.Report any inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials to the Hardware Supervisor in a timely manner.Assist with inventory organization, rotating of production goods and upkeep of empty glass racks as instructed.Assist with inventory labeling and location control to support FIFO (First In First Out) and efficient material flow.Assist with the distribution of hardware/goods for assigned projects as instructed.Prior data entry experience using inventory software.Must be hands‑on and take initiative.Maintain organized and clean storage areas, racks and staging carts.Minimum RequirementsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusMust have a willingness to learnThe ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedlyApply health and safety practicesFull‑time positionHourly Rate Range: $16.50 - $18.00Medical, Dental and Vision benefits offered401(k)PTO (Paid Time Off)Employee Training#J-18808-Ljbffr
