This role reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor and plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, product flow, and warehouse safety. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment.Key Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including reach truck, forklift, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack following certification and safety requirementsReplenish product in the main warehouse using RF scanner directed location movesPull overstock pallets to support order fulfillment when full pallet quantities are requiredPull forward pallets from double deep locations to maintain safe and accessible storageRemove shrink wrap from pallets placed into main warehouse locationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment on a daily basisSupport other departments as operational needs requireOrganize stock and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levelsRequired Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated prior experience and proven success in a similar warehouse or inventory control role, with a track record of accuracy, productivity, and safety compliancePrevious experience operating warehouse equipment and toolsExperience using RF scanners preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentForklift or powered industrial equipment certification preferred, including order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacksHands on experience with inventory and logistics software systemsStrong attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize workDependable team player with solid communication and interpersonal skillsEffective time management and problem solving skillsFlexibility to meet operational scheduling needsBenefits At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference—to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
