Core ResponsibilitiesCycle Counting: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts to verify system accuracy.Data Entry: Log incoming shipments, outgoing finished goods, and internal material transfers.Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate stock variances, locate misplaced items, and report any damages, shortages, or overages to management.Material Handling: Safely transport materials to the production line and organize the warehouse for optimal workflow.Quality Assurance: Inspect stock for defects or expiration dates and ensure all inventory is stored according to safety guidelines.Key QualificationsEducation: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED . An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is a plus.Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (understanding pivot tables and formulas) and familiarity with SAP.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and regularly lift/move items weighing up to 50 lbs .
