This year, Allegion also received Gallup's With Distinction honor — a designation reserved for a select group of organizations that go above and beyond in building exceptional workplace cultures.Responsibilities Execute daily production plans established by Master Scheduler or Planner.Monitor work-center capacities on a daily basis and one week out to determine the results of late, expedited or rescheduled work orders and communicate these activities to the areas impacted.Serve as liaison between Planner and Team Leads to ensure schedule adherence for on‑time order completion.Issue daily orders to the Fabrication area.Work with Area Team Leaders to ensure area can complete daily orders; balance or make line adjustments as required.Compile and transfer all required information and programs to the Fab area using line‑specific tools and applications.Monitor schedules using scheduling tools (e.g., Door Dashboard, Production Information Board) to assure work‑centers are on time and the system is updated.Notify area managers or supervisors in manufacturing of late work‑centers.Conduct daily WIP Audits to evaluate product movement and ensure product flow through the value stream.Report on schedule compliance and on the status of all work orders daily, highlighting potential problems.Ensure computer data integrity and report findings or concerns for immediate resolution.Evaluate steel requirements and make changes based on available steel.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of NC Programming.Strong willingness to learn new skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility.Adaptability to changing business needs while maintaining a positive, solution‑focused mindset.Collaboration across departments to broaden organizational knowledge and support continuous improvement.Embraces feedback and coaching to enhance performance and prepare for future leadership or expanded roles.Benefits Why Work for Us?
