Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

improvements.<\/span>
<\/li> - Assist with <\/span>setup, launch, and
stabilization<\/span><\/b> of new warehouse sites.<\/span>
<\/li> - Improve
workflow efficiency by designing and implementing optimized processes.<\/span>
<\/li> - Lead and support <\/span>training programs<\/span><\/b> for warehouse and operations staff.<\/span>
<\/li> - Monitor operational performance
and execute initiatives for <\/span>cost control and revenue improvement<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor’s degree in Supply
Chain, Business, Economics, or related field<\/span>
<\/li> - Bilingual
in English and Korean<\/span>
<\/li> - 1–3+
years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or B2B/B2C operations
(preferred)<\/span>
<\/li> - Ability
to work in a fast -paced, metrics -driven environment with a strong sense of
urgency<\/span>
<\/li> - Willingness
to travel within the U.S. and Canada<\/span>
<\/li> - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/span>
<\/li> - Experience with logistics
systems, especially <\/span>WMS<\/span><\/b>, is a plus<\/span>
