What you'll do:- As a Line Cook in our kitchen, you'll be a crucial part of our culinary team.
- Your responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes according to chef specifications, ensuring that food items are cooked consistently and to the highest standards.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines, managing kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace are integral to your role.
What we need from you:- At least 2 years experience in a Line Cook role in a full-service restaurant
- Must have current Food Handler and TABC permits
- Must be flexible with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work
