All applicants must possess basic culinary skills and knowledge, as well as a basic understanding of food safety and sanitation. Must be able to read tickets and communicate with fellow employees. Must also be able to stand for long periods of time.
Requirements:
-At least 1 years' experience in the restaurant cooking field is preferred.?
-Responsible for following protocol for the flow of foods?
-Prepare dishes as per company standards and guidelines in a timely manner.
-Must uphold sanitation and safety standards?
-Follow opening and closing procedures.?
-Complete daily side work.?
-Clean and sanitize food production area before and after shift.?
