Assemble electronic assemblies per specifications and ensure quality is always a priority. We are looking for a motivated team player with a great attitude whom we can train to succeed in this role. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities Assemble electronic products and components according to instructions and visual aids. Set up and operate production equipment following standard procedures and profiles. Utilize quality practices to ensure assemblies are accurately and effectively manufactured. Monitor and inspect products for quality issues; take pride in the accuracy of your own work. Perform basic operator maintenance for manufacturing equipment and keep accurate logs. Comply with all safety guidelines, including safe handling and disposal materials. Flexibility to work in different areas of the production floor as needed. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workspace. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stands, walks, and bends for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs., and stand for a regular 8-hour work shift. Education and Experience A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills (we will train you!). Excellent communication skillsâ€"must be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, and comfortably read/understand instructions. Strong reliability and a history of good attendance. The ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Technical & General Requirements Basic familiarity with computers. General comfort level around manufacturing or production machinery (experience is a plus, but not required). Soldering experience is a plus, but not required. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
