    Maintenance Parts & Inventory Clerk$25 per hour | Lynwood, CA | On‑site | PermanentJob DetailsSupport position to Maintenance Staff with focus on Oracle system, work orders and parts management. Improvement of workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of parts, material and equipment.ResponsibilitiesReceiving, entering and managing maintenance parts into inventory systemPerform cycle counts and periodic inventory of parts roomEnter requisitions for parts needed by Maintenance Staff.Maintain receiving records and reconcile against purchase orders for accurate financial reporting and timely payment of invoicesGenerate reports as needed for Maintenance staffReview, assign, and print Work Orders from WO system.Maintain excellent housekeeping in parts room based on 5S principlesAssist in working with vendors, suppliers and service providersMaintain technical library and its documentation (OEM manuals, drawings, supplier catalogs)Comply with national, state, local building/mechanical/electrical codes; safety codes, OSHA regulations, fire codes, company's and customer's policies, procedures and standardsMaintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal knowledgeWork with the team and reduce parts costOther duties as assignedPreferred Candidate QualificationsEducation and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Ability to perform duties and responsibilities without directionKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficiency in MS Office Excel and basic PC skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven decision‑making abilityAbility to prioritize and multitaskAbility to learn all functions of job within a reasonable amount of timeAbility to read and understand written instructions and to keep accurate written recordsAble to work overtime when requiredJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
