.NET Application Support Developer

IDR is seeking a .NET Application Support Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will support and maintain mission-critical .NET applications in a production environment, helping ensure stability, performance, and reliable service for end users. This is a great opportunity to work with a large, established organization supporting high-visibility systems in a structured, process-driven environment.

Position Overview for the .NET Application Support Developer:

• Provide day-to-day production support for .NET applications and related services, ensuring system stability and availability
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot defects, and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
• Analyze logs, debug code, and implement fixes or improvements to enhance performance and reliability
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to drive timely resolution and clear communication
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures

Requirements for the .NET Application Support Developer:

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug applications in a production setting
• Experience with incident management processes, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution best practices
• Skilled in analyzing application logs and identifying patterns that lead to defects or outages
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
