Job Description

The Client is seeking an experienced Integration Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure cloud technologies, middleware systems, and document storage and retrieval solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience integrating enterprise applications, cloud services, and external systems, particularly in tolling projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, IVR systems, and integration technologies.

The position requires experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations that support tolling operations and customer-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, and Azure cloud technologies.

• Analyze solution components and their respective integration models.

• Assess integration options for high-volume processing.

• Apply best practices for leveraging on-demand and open APIs.

• Identify opportunities to reduce data replication and unnecessary integrations.

• Improve technical integrations, streamline data flows, and optimize system performance.

• Lead the development and implementation of complex solutions that meet tolling project requirements.

• Design and implement integrations between SAP, CRM systems, Azure cloud services, IVR systems, and external systems, including payment gateways, backend databases, and traffic management systems.

• Design and optimize IVR systems to improve tolling customer interactions and operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain enterprise integration services using C#, .NET 8+ or supported .NET LTS versions, and ASP.NET Core Web API.

• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware components.

• Build Azure Functions using HTTP, Service Bus, timer, and blob triggers.

• Develop reusable components, shared libraries, and integration frameworks.

• Implement JSON/XML payload transformations, validation, and data mapping.

• Work with Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, and dead-letter queues.

• Design secure REST APIs following enterprise API standards.

• Follow clean coding principles, SOLID design patterns, and secure coding standards.

• Prepare technical and functional designs, diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, and other required documentation.

• Follow the Commission's standards, policies, procedures, and technical documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience as a Developer or in a similar role.

• Experience with Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and integrations with external systems, specifically in tolling projects.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure government and commercial cloud platforms, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

• Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems in tolling environments, such as toll collection and traffic management systems.

• Strong experience integrating SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing IVR systems.

• Knowledge of tolling industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

• Prior experience with Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission tolling solutions is highly desirable.
