.NET Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in .NET application development, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise application modernization. The ideal candidate should have transitioned from software development into project/program management and have experience leading large-scale application development projects in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

• 15 22 years of overall IT experience.
• 8 10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
• 5 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET, C#, and Microservices development.
• 4 6 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Certification preferred).
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server and .NET backend development.
• Experience leading application development and modernization programs.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, requirements management, delivery tracking, risk & dependency management.
• Experience working with 6 7 client stakeholders (Business, Product Owner, Architect, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Leadership) within the same program.
• 3 5 years of experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in Higher Education, Healthcare, Research, or Large Enterprise environments.
• PMP, Scrum, or Azure certifications are a plus.
