Commercial Ground-Mount Solar Projects

Tradeco Construction is seeking experienced Ground-Mount Solar Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial solar projects in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

We're looking for hands-on construction leaders who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain production schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day ground-mount solar construction activities
  • Manage crews and subcontractors in the field
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
  • Monitor project schedules and production
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Enforce jobsite safety requirements
  • Communicate with Project Managers and clients
  • Identify and resolve field issues
