Responsibilities and Duties:
- Travel to the client to perform paintless dent repairs (PDR)
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Complete reporting and invoicing daily through company-provided technologies
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding current projects and upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews
- Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain company-provided tools and additional equipment per company standards
Required Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of paintless dent removal experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED)
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license anda social security card
- Must have a checking/savings account or a pay card with routing numbers for ACH
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time
- Complete a criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Post high school training and/or education
- At least one year of automotive reconditioning and/or detail experience
