Description

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports integrated marketing communications across the Giant Group brands in the U.S. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and day-to-day marketing support across digital channels, content development, collateral, and retail marketing initiatives.

Duties Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution & Content Support:

  • Support the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, website, and retail channels
  • Assist with website content updates, product pages, landing pages, and campaign content
  • Support social media content scheduling, publishing, and basic community engagement
  • Coordinate content assets, including photography, video, copy, and creative files
  • Help maintain brand consistency and messaging across all consumer-facing materials

Collateral & Creative Production:

  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including sales tools, retail signage, presentations, internal communications, and event collateral
  • Prepare and organize creative assets for internal teams, retailers, and agency partners
  • Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy, brand alignment, and quality
  • Support coordination with designers, photographers, printers, and other vendors

Campaign & Retail Support:

  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail marketing initiatives by managing timelines, assets, and deliverables
  • Assist with regional and retail-specific marketing content supporting the Sales and Retail teams
  • Help track campaign activities and maintain project documentation and schedules
  • Provide on-site or logistical support for key events, activations, and industry shows as needed

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Assist with basic performance tracking across digital and marketing initiatives
  • Compile reports, summaries, and recaps for campaigns and ongoing marketing programs
  • Coordinate internal communication between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Retail teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content-related roles
  • Proficient in print and digital graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website CMS systems
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) preferred
  • Willingness to travel domestically 10% -15% and as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Experience or strong interest in the bicycle industry or specialty retail preferred
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check

Status: Exempt full-time position

Travel: Domestic 10-15%

Salary Range: $58,000 - $62,000
