    Job Title Production Operations CoordinatorLocation Stamford, CT (On‑Site at WWE Headquarters)Team Production OperationsType Full‑Time | Staff PositionOverview WWE is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Operations Coordinator to support our Production Management & Business Operations team. The role provides essential logistical and coordination support across a range of WWE Media Production projects, working cross‑functionally with production executives, creative producers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of production workflows and day‑to‑day operations.Key Responsibilities Production Logistics & On‑Site SupportProvide on‑site or remote support for studio shoots, field productions, and PLEs (e.g., set up craft services and catering, manage interview grids, hotel rooms, and event credentials).Financial Administration & TrackingReconcile and process monthly purchasing card (p‑card) expenses. Submit and track talent payments via the Talent Management System or Talent Payment Request Forms; create payment schedules aligned with contracts and production calendars.Team & Administrative SupportAssist with credentialing for WWE events: print and distribute tour and PLE credentials, receive and track day‑pass requests, and maintain WWE's credentialing system.Compile, submit, and maintain department travel lists and hotel rooming lists for WWE PLE events.Format and distribute show sheets for TV Production team (Raw, SmackDown, PLEs).Maintain Production Management team schedule, update monthly tracking of production support, travel, and time‑off/coverage.Complete and distribute weekly update emails to Media executives highlighting production schedules/calendars and priority meetings.Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in production operations, production coordination, or administrative work within television, streaming, or media environments.Strong working knowledge of production logistics and workflows.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Concur, SharePoint, and file‑management systems (Box, etc.).Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.Willingness to be on‑site in Stamford, CT and occasionally travel for shoots, if needed.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.WWE EEO Statement WWE is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non‑discrimination in employment.
