Description

This is a part time position requiring up to 26 hours per week.

Examples of Duties

• Provides support for the design, configuration, implementation, and administration of the Microsoft 365 platform products and Google Suite products.
• Assists with design, configuration, implementation, and administration of all server and radio broadcast systems including routine updates, upgrades, and patch management; to include Active Directory, VMWare, and Ubuntu.
• Supports and participates in all Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documentation, maintenance, and testing processes.
• Assists with design, configuration, implementation, and administration of network infrastructure including routers, switches, and wireless technologies.
• Performs related duties as assigned

Typical Qualifications

Education:

• Associate's degree or at least 64 credits towards Bachelors' Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field required
• CompTIA A+ certification required
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+ preferred

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience with administering M365 platform - Entra and Productivity applications
• Demonstrated experience with administering Active Directory
• Demonstrated experience with VMWare virtualization platform

Supplemental Information

Terms of Employment:

• This position requires flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.

Defined Contribution Retirement Program (DCRP)

Eligible part-time employees will be enrolled into the DCRP (Defined Contribution Retirement Plan) pension. Employees contribute 5% of their base salary and the college contributes 3% of base salary. Investment options are managed through Prudential Retirement. Life insurance benefits through DCRP are payable to the beneficiary at 1.5X the members salary.
