Job Title: RecruiterJob Description

The Recruiter position is a long-term contract role, with the potential to become permanent, although there is no guarantee. This is a full-cycle recruiting position handling everything from intake from the hiring manager, to sourcing, interview preparation, feedback meetings, and more. This position will recruit for production roles, management roles, professional roles, and any other urgent needs requiring additional support.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to discuss open positions on their team, providing insight and feedback on what they are seeking.

• Source candidates in the market for various positions, ranging from production roles to management and professional level roles.

• Work with candidates through the recruitment process, helping them prepare for interviews and understand what to expect.

• Meet with hiring managers for a debrief following interviews, gather feedback, and discuss expectations for presenting offers.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for sales or professional positions is highly preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment with occasional exposure to the manufacturing floor. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times between 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Carlisle, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr.
