    Sokai Sushi Bar -

    Restaurant Manager

    We are looking for experinced manager

    Responsabilities:
    • Lead our team and also promote the business.
    • Organize catering service, special dinners and events.
    • Needs to be someone creative, with new ideas on how to increase the sales at the restaurant.
    • Manage all functions of our daily checklist and shift operations
    • Drive excellence and standards with inventory, quality and safety
    • Train, lead and develop our team to achieve excellence in guest experience and hospitality
    • Handle payroll, scheduling and labor management
    • Facility and equipment management

    Must Have:
    • At least 5 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment
    • Warm, caring and positive attitude that drives hospitality and inspires others to do so
    • An attitude for learning, coaching and driving excellence at all levels
    • Broad understanding of financial aspects of the business,
    • Open, flexible availability, be able to work on holidays and weekends
    • Well presented
    • Hardworking
    • Reliable
    • Honest and trustworthy
    • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
    • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
    • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
    • Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
    • Must be able to speak, hear, understand, read, and write the English and Spanish language.
    • Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and liquors and their proper service, with the ability to design pairings and cocktails to match food.
    • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer queries and complaints
    • Be legally authorized to work in the United State
    • Have manager food safety certification.
