Sales Coordinator

Pay: $24.00–$27.00 per hour

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Candidates with highly relevant experience and qualifications may be considered above the posted starting rate.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Sales Coordination Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to our internal and external customers by timely managing all phases of the sales order; from receipt of order to delivery of product sold. The Sales Coordinator will be assigned to specific sales representatives and will work with those representatives to effectively and efficiently complete the sales order process. Activities involved in this role include purchasing, shipping, accounting, customer service, and working with other departments to complete the process. This position acts as a liaison for the sales force between all RSCI departments, Raymond and other vendors.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

• Provide administrative support for the sales team by timely managing all phases of the sale process
• Coordinate all aspects of customer orders, including purchase orders, invoicing, gross profit calculations, transportation, installation events, final costing for sales person's commission statements
• Act as a liaison between all Raymond Storage Concepts departments
• Ensure order entry and customer communications are performed with utmost accuracy and attention to detail
• Work with accounting team members on receivables and billing to resolve issues as they arise to ensure timely payment and complete customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales coordinator, customer service, sales support, or administrative support role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems.
• Experience supporting a field sales team or coordinating customer orders and quotations.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
