(Seasonal) Sales Representative

The brand is distributed internationally through high-end accounts including Nordstrom, Selfridges, Space NK, and Liberty as well as amenity partners that include 5* hotels, spas, and concept gyms.

Position Summary: (MALIN+GOETZ) is looking for a dynamic (October - December) Sales Representative that is focused, motivated and assertive to join our team as selling support throughout our Orange County wholesale locations. This position will maximize sales goals, training, education, merchandising and deliver optimal customer service.

Sales

• Responsible for the day-to-day sales performance of (MALIN+GOETZ) within the department store. The representative will proactively strive to reach the company sales goals and targets.
• The representative should have full awareness of store performance by tracking daily, weekly and monthly goals as well as personal KPIs including average spend and sign-up rate.
• Keeping abreast of the latest company launches and promotions/offers.
• Ability to create and recognize marketing and promotional opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales.

Customer Service

• Responding to the questions of customers by recommending an appropriate routine or product to meet their needs according to company product information and guidance.
• Effectively sampling the customer with other products to further build their regimen.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to recognize and courteously adapt communication and sales approach to distinct personalities and accounts.
• Providing engaging product demonstrations and consultations for both skincare products and fragrance.
• Proactively build a personal network of clients, fostering loyalty and building their personal regimen.
• Regularly maintaining communication with these clients through email and phone prospection.
• Developing new and creative strategies to obtain additional business from present and prospective customers.

Store Maintenance + Procedures

• Processing sales and transactions, operating the POS with speed and accuracy.
• Maintaining an exemplary standard of cleanliness and merchandising within the store environment.
• Following company guidelines for product display and merchandising.
• Following company guidelines for personal grooming and dress.
• Proactively establish and maintain relationships with supporting departments within location(s).

Experience + Skills:

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours.
• Available for one shift per week.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and directed at assigned sales goals.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
