    Description

    Following the introduction of the company's new brand in June 2026, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the new brand is brought to life globally as it was envisioned. You will lead a critical training agenda to ensure our employees and agency partners understand our new brand strategy and visual / verbal identity. You will work closely with the marketing and communications teams in our SBGs (strategic business groups) as well as corporate marketing teams.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our new brand's success. You will have the opportunity to shape and evolve our brand, drive brand awareness and understanding, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. With your strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, you will help set the foundation for our brand for decades to come.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and executing comprehensive global brand training programs

    • Leading the development and implementation of brand assets to support the strategic business groups' marketing campaigns to promote products and services

    • Creating brand governance tools and processes

    • Creating digital, print and video brand content working with agency partners and internal team

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new brand initiatives

    • Providing strategic guidance and mentorship to brand specialists and marketing teams

    • Monitoring and evaluating brand performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

    • Assisting with development of brand architecture strategies

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Proven experience of at least 8 - 10 years in brand management/marketing

    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies

    • Demonstrated experience in brand architecture, brand research, training, and governance

    • Strong project management skills

    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

    • Ability to work on a global team

    WE VALUE

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred

    • Passion for branding and marketing

    • Proven track record of driving brand growth and market share

    • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities

    • Ability to think creatively and innovatively

    • Experience in mentoring a team

    • Experience in the technology or industrial industry preferred
