Asa Maintenance Technician III you'll be a key leader in running ashift and providing guidance to fellow technicians and AutomationEngineer support partners.Your expertise willbe utilized in the optimization and execution of the preventivemaintenance process, with a focus on maximizing equipment reliability andoperational performance of equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, scanners,cameras, print and apply systems, SCADA devices andprograms.You will provide our client with expert-levelsupport based on the technical problems related to their MHE systems. What You'll Do+ Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.+ Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.+ Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.+ Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.+ Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).+ Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.+ Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.What You'll Need+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).+ 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls.+ Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).+ Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.+ Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics.+ Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-based maintenance.+ Experience reading blueprints and schematics.+ Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs.+ 3+ years of work order management.+ Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly.+ Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50lbs. or more.Preferred Qualifications+ Bachelors Degree with a focus in Electronic Technology or equivalent OR 2+ years of equivalent professional experience+ Previous leadership experience.+ Previous vendor management experience.+ Experience with robotic maintenance.+ Experience with CMMS+ Certification preferred in one or more of the following: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs, process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions.CBRE Employee Benefits+ Comprehensive medical, dental, vision+ Disability benefit program+ 401k company matching+ Paid time off and holidays+ Company paid life insurance+ Pet insurance+ Paid parental leaveWhy CBRE?We invest in our employees' development.
