Randstad is excited to partner with growing manufacturer to identify a sharp, eager Staff Accountant for their team. Located in a dynamic, multi-entity environment, this role is a phenomenal match for an accounting professional who loves digging into complex data, untangling reconciliation issues, and ensuring corporate numbers are accurate. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of accounting experience handling AP/AR duties
• Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot)

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Reconciliations: Take the lead on multi-entity general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations, ensuring seamless execution of the month-end and year-end close cycles.
• Inventory Control & Costing: Manage inventory accounting processes, including standard costing models, routine cycle counts, and balance sheet inventory valuations.
• AP/AR Accounting: Oversee core transaction workflows for accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining continuous oversight of revenue and expense tracking.
• Planning & Analysis: Provide vital analytical support for the development of corporate budgets, financial forecasting models, and internal reporting packages.
• Audit Management: Manage all operational requirements for upcoming corporate audits, serving as a reliable point of contact and compiling requested support files.
• Process Modernization: Constantly evaluate accounting procedures to find control gaps, correct processing discrepancies, and implement workflows that strengthen financial accuracy.
