Our Retail Store Managers play a critical role in building and leading teams to consistently deliver on our brand promise.Primary Roles & ResponsibilitiesCultivate and maintain a healthy talent pipeline, including oversight of front store and cross‑trained colleague performance and development, contributing to career progression, involving hiring, training, performance management, and where required, termination of employmentEnsure appropriate staffing to operate store successfully by scheduling to demand, consistently creating and publishing the schedule 3 weeks in advance, and maintaining financial stewardship of store labor spendingImprove store performance measures (sales, service, loyalty, shrink, compliance, etc.) by coaching colleagues and working within the #OneTeam dynamic to identify and address barriers to operationMaintain a safe and high‑quality working environment that complies with all regulatory and company standardsOversee timely and quality training of front store and cross‑trained colleaguesConduct regular check‑ins with all direct reports to track business goals and maintain team engagementMaintain a strong working relationship with Rx DL, Pharmacy Manager, pharmacy team and any other in‑store teams (e.g., Minute Clinic, etc.) to foster a #OneTeam mentality and support a holistic total store staffing pipelinePartner with FS DL to establish store priorities, implement new initiatives, and engage all colleaguesAct as an ambassador for CVS Health through professional behaviors and positive engagement within the communityEducationHigh school diploma or general equivalent education (GED)Required QualificationsMust be 18 years of ageCompletion of all required training for current role within required timeframeHigh school diploma or general equivalent development (GED)1-3 years of prior relevant work experienceWork flexible schedules including early morning and evening shifts according to store needs and operating hours; two closing shifts per week and four weekend shifts per month are required at a minimumLift and exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead liftingAbility to stand and walk for an extended amount of timePreferred QualificationsPharmacy Technician LicensureBachelor's degreeAnticipated Weekly Hours45Time TypeFull timePay Range$77,000.00 - $115,000.00BenefitsWe take pride in offering a comprehensive and competitive mix of pay and benefits that reflects our commitment to our colleagues and their families.This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families.
