Vendor Onboarding SpecialistNew York, NY (Hybrid)Pay: $36.00 - $37.50 per hour26-06899Job SummaryThe Vendor Onboarding Specialist is responsible for supporting the onboarding, setup, compliance, and ongoing governance of third-party suppliers within the Supply Chain organization. This role maintains supplier records, processes supplier requests, manages compliance documentation, and supports third-party risk management activities to ensure suppliers meet internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier governance, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the supplier and internal customer experience.Job ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the onboarding, setup, and maintenance of third-party suppliers while ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of supplier records.Process supplier setup, updates, and compliance requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.Maintain supplier data within Oracle EBS and ensure information remains current and accurate.Review and maintain certificates of insurance (COI), policy documentation, and related compliance records.Support third-party risk management processes, supplier governance activities, and internal audits.Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Risk Management, and business partners to resolve supplier issues and support procurement activities.Monitor pending supplier requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions.Maintain Supply Chain intranet resources and related documentation to ensure current information is available.Analyze supplier data and business requests to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.Incorporate feedback from internal customers, suppliers, and team members to improve service quality and operational performance.Promote a safe, inclusive, and professional work environment while adhering to organizational policies and standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, procurement, supplier operations, analytics, data analysis, or a related field required.Bachelor's degree in a related field required.Experience with Oracle EBS required.Experience supporting third-party risk management processes required.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.Experience reviewing and analyzing data with strong attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.Experience with supplier onboarding processes preferred.Experience managing certificates of insurance (COI) preferred.Experience auditing supplier or operational data preferred.Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes preferred.BenefitsMedical InsuranceVision & Dental InsuranceLife InsuranceMatching 401(k)Commuter BenefitsEmployee Discounts & RewardsPayroll Payment OptionsEEO EmployerEquiliem is an equal opportunity employer.
