You will manage inventory accuracy, process incoming shipments, and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail‑oriented, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and want to contribute to a best‑in‑class automotive experience.Role ResponsibilitiesIdentify and provide the correct parts for customer vehiclesReceive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments into inventoryMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stocking levelsControl supplies to minimise waste and improve efficiencyAllocate parts using CarMax internal systems for smooth workflowReturn incorrect or defective parts to vendors promptlyFollow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Required QualificationsCompletion of Supply Associate Workstation Certifications and adherence to competency standardsAbility to read, interpret, and accurately record dataIntermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet proficiencyStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with associates and vendorsAbility to perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environmentPhysical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periodsEffective verbal communication skills for customer and team interactionsBenefitsThe Hourly Rate For This Position Is $22.37 - $22.37To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service with the Company.For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday.
