Whether you're advancing your career or growing your skillset, we are here to drive you forward.Role ResponsibilitiesIdentify and provide the correct parts for customer vehiclesReceive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments into inventoryMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stocking levelsControl supplies to minimize waste and improve efficiencyAllocate parts using CarMax internal systems for smooth workflowReturn incorrect or defective parts to vendors promptlyFollow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Required QualificationsCompletion of Supply Associate Workstation Certifications and adherence to competency standardsAbility to read, interpret, and accurately record dataIntermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet proficiencyStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with associates and vendorsAbility to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPhysical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periodsEffective verbal communication skills for customer and team interactionsBenefitsHourly rate: $25.56 - $25.56Except as otherwise required by state law, CarMax Associates are entitled to the following paid sick, vacation, and holiday time.Full‑time hourly or commission/incentive eligible associates earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 and 200 hours of vacation time after a 90‑day waiting period.Full‑time hourly or commission/incentive eligible associates receive 8 hours of pay for each of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday.
