If you have 10+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Primavera P6, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Turnaround Planner to lead the planning and execution of industrial outage scopes. This position will be full‑time and hybrid in LA, CA or TX.What You'll DoLead assigned portions of outage scope through planning and construction phasesDevelop scope for assigned work orders within the outage, identifying secondary and/or support disciplines requiredCreate detailed planning activities for each work order, including individual tasks, manpower requirements, durations, and assigned disciplinesProvide daily schedule updates during outage executionPrepare job planning packages per client guidelines, including pictures, P&IDs, BOMs, tools, safe work procedures, applicable standards, QC requirements, etc.Support client Management of Change process by recognizing plant changes and following through on documentation and recommendations in a timely mannerProvide contractor field management in all outage phases for assigned contractors, including safety oversight, timesheet verification, field supervision, change orders, and QC verificationUphold and communicate high standards of housekeeping in assigned areas and on all job sitesConduct frequent formal housekeeping inspections of plant areas.Complete closeout documentation per client standards and proceduresWhat You'll NeedRequired:10+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting, and pipe fabrication5+ years of experience as a Mechanical PlannerAbility to read and understand P&IDs, ISO's, piping isometrics, fixed equipment design packages, and pipe specsProficient in the use of business software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SAP, and Primavera P6Working knowledge of ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME Sec. I, and ASME Sec. VIIIValid TWIC card due to travel requirements.
