What you''ll do:

• Lead and oversee quality control activities across inbound inventory and delivery within the supply chain.
• Design, develop, and implement compliance testing criteria and tools to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence.
• Evaluate warehouse operations and recommend improvements to enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct risk assessments and establish standardized processes for food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, generate reports, and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Coach personnel on quality inspection tools, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.

What you''ll bring:

• Proven expertise in quality control and supply chain management within warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, food safety, and sanitation standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
