Wire Installation Designer-Remote- CA -Aug 2023- 1909

We have an immediate opening for a Wire Installation Designer-Remote with our client in CA who is a leading supplier of space products and has a growing presence in the US Aircraft industry specializing in interiors, galleys design, Mechanical Systems, and Freighter conversions in CATIA, also to provide engineering, project development and technical consulting services to the aerospace industry. We are looking for someone who can revise drawings and has knowledge of Catia, sheet metals, mechanical systems, and preferably some experience with structural and composite materials. This is a remote position.

Contract Position 6mo+

Job Description:

Aerospace Wire Installation Designer

• Developing and maintaining Wire Harness physical design and installation
• Performing assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule, and process compliance
• Collaborating and coordinating with customer to develop design solutions
• Translating program technical requirements into work requirements, processes, and tasks
• Developing solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation
