What You'll Do in the Kitchen

• Cook, prep, and assemble menu items to Chick-fil-A recipes and quality standards
• Rotate across kitchen stations and help keep supplies stocked and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures on every shift
• Flag maintenance or safety concerns to leadership right away

Pay & Hours

Full-time: $12.50-$15.50/hour, depending on experience and availability. Usually 30-40 hours per week based on business needs and availability (hours not guaranteed). Full-time team members may qualify for benefits once eligible and generally get more consistent schedules than part-time.

Part-time: $11-$13.50/hour, depending on experience and availability. Usually 10-30 hours per week based on availability and business needs; hours may change week to week.

Pay can go up over time based on performance, reliability, and length of service.

• Schedules are built around business volume, staffing needs, performance, and your availability
• Weekly hours aren't guaranteed and can vary
• Availability changes must be submitted in writing and may affect how many hours you're scheduled

You'll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Are at least 17 years old
• Are dependable, friendly, and enjoy working as part of a team
• Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Are comfortable moving between hot cooking stations and cold freezer areas
• Are available Saturdays and flexible enough to work closing shifts
• Can work the holiday season, including the days before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day
• Can be flexible during training, which typically lasts 2-4 weeks and may include fewer hours
• Will get a Food Handler Certificate after hire (we'll send instructions; est. cost $10)
• Will wear or purchase non-slip, oil-resistant shoes (can be purchased after hire)
• Are authorized to work in the U.S. and can complete Form I-9 with documents verifying identity and work authorization
• Are willing to complete a background check, if required

Dress & Grooming Standards

• Hair: neat, pulled back, natural colors only
• Facial hair: trimmed, ½ inch maximum
• Nails: short; no acrylics or press-ons; polish in one solid color, no designs
• Jewelry: up to three plain studs per ear and one plain nose stud
• Tattoos: none visible on the face, neck, or behind the ears; visible tattoos must not be offensive
• False eyelashes: at the Operator's discretion
