Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (on-site)
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift
Pay: $20/hour starting salary, with raises as you hit skill milestones

The Opportunity Get paid to learn. Join our toolroom as a paid apprentice and learn precision machining hands-on from experienced toolmakers. You’ll start with the fundamentals and take on more responsibility as your skills grow, on a path to becoming a CNC Toolmaker.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to set up and run CNC mills, lathes and grinders alongside a mentor
- Read blueprints and apply GD&T
- Learn Mastercam programming and programming at the machine control
- Machine small-run parts and tooling to tight tolerances
- Perform in-process inspection on your own work
- Take ownership of the parts you complete, and grow from running parts to owning a job
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in technical college, or recently graduated (machine tool, CNC or manufacturing programs preferred)
- No prior experience required
- Detail-oriented, dependable and team-minded
- Curious, eager to learn and proud of quality work
- Likes to build, fix or figure things out
- Comfortable working on-site, first shift
