Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Packers to join a metal fabrication and manufacturing operation in Dover, Pennsylvania.

This hands-on production position focuses on carefully packing completed metal parts and customer orders for shipment. Packers help ensure finished products are organized, protected, and prepared accurately before leaving the facility.

The selected candidates will verify orders, inspect parts and packaging for visible concerns, and work with production and finishing teams to keep completed orders moving efficiently.

Candidates with experience in packing, manufacturing, production, order fulfillment, shipping, warehouse operations, or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack finished metal parts and components for customer orders.
• Prepare completed products for shipment.
• Verify parts and orders before packing.
• Organize and protect products to help prevent damage during handling and shipping.
• Inspect parts and packaging for visible damage or quality concerns.
• Follow work orders, packing instructions, and established procedures.
• Keep completed orders organized and ready for the next step in the shipping process.
• Handle fabricated metal components safely throughout the packing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing and production area.
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with production and finishing team members to keep orders moving efficiently.

Work Environment

• Onsite metal fabrication and manufacturing environment in Dover, Pennsylvania.
